This project is located in Shawen Ecological Science & Tech Park, covering an area of 133,597.00m2.
According to analysis of the plot nature, peripheral condition and commercial pattern, we uniformly planned the four plots, and applied the concept of “new urbanism” to combine various functions through different business block channels, urban landscape plaza joint and indoor and outdoor business courtyards that are both independent and complementary and interpenetrated to form a dynamic urban living circle.
