This piece of planning land is beside the northern riverside of Ba river, the new urban-district. Planning site horizontally traversed Ba river and Wang wang mountain from west to east, meanwhile, new site of municipal government is casually at its northwest direction. Master planning is based on improving environment, showing times spirit, based on showing the local cultural character as starting point. In accordance with satisfying human’s basic life requirements, and handling a series of relationships very well, such as, residents and buildings, pedestrians and transport, pedestrians and green, pedestrians and space, especially the connection between different groups of people. Of course we are focusing on building a harmonious relationship between buildings, roads, and green spaces from overall view. In realistic aspect, We are trying our best to find better planning design model that are able to deliver the specific design character of new ,ecological landscape community.
